# Treasury and Fee Allocation

PacaSwap generates revenue through:

* **Swap Fees**: A 0.30% fee on trades.
  * **0.25%** goes to liquidity providers.
  * **0.05%** goes to the DEX DAO treasury.
* **DAG Delegation Fees**: Fees collected from $DAG delegation to the metagraph nodes.

These funds are used to support the ongoing development and maintenance of the DEX, ensuring it continues to thrive and deliver value to its participants.
